ZeraCustoms is operated as a sole proprietorship based in New Delhi, India. We offer customized and pre-designed deskmats and phone cases for customers across India.

2. Products & Services

We sell physical products, including:

  • Pre-designed and custom deskmats

  • Pre-designed and custom phone cases

Please note: All products are made-to-order and non-refundable.

3. Order Process

  • You can browse and purchase products directly on our website.

  • For custom products, you may be required to upload artwork or enter personalized details.

  • Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled, especially for custom products where production may begin immediately.

4. Pricing & Payments

We accept the following payment methods:

  • UPI

  • Credit/Debit Cards

  • Net Banking

  • Cash on Delivery (COD)

All prices are listed in INR and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • We ship only within India.

  • Standard delivery time is approximately 5 business days from order confirmation.

  • Delays due to courier services or unforeseen circumstances are not under our control.

6. Returns & Exchanges

  • All sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds.

  • Exchanges are only allowed if the product received is damaged or defective due to a manufacturing fault.

  • Exchange requests must be made within 48 hours of delivery by contacting our support team with photo proof.

  • Products must be unused and in original packaging.

7. User Responsibilities

By using our website, you agree not to:

  • Submit any false or misleading information

  • Upload artwork or content that violates copyright or trademark laws

  • Abuse or misuse the website or its services

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including logos, product designs, artwork, text, and graphics — is the property of ZeraCustoms or its content creators. You may not reproduce, distribute, or reuse any materials without permission.

We collect only necessary data such as name, address, contact number, and email to process your order. We do not share or sell your data to third parties, except as required to process payments and deliver products.
